90 Day Note Card Challenge

Day 2

Day 3

Love is something we all desire, and many times we feel the people in our life do not love us. This can be for many reasons, some of the bigger ones are they are loving us the way they want to be loved which may not be how we feel love. Another big one is that we don’t teach people how to love us, we tell them we are fine and don’t need anything and they become trained to not show us the love we want and need. But something that can really be hard is we do not always know how we want to be loved, so we are unable to teach others what we need. This challenge is a way to find patterns in our own behavior which affect our daily moods. This is how we learn to love ourselves by finding patterns and associating them with moods to know what we do or what is being done for us that makes us feel happy, sad, and loved.
